After 18 years, Stuff I Eat is closing its doors on April 26, 2026.

What began as a vision by Ron, Babette and danielle grew into something far bigger than a restaurant. Stuff I Eat became a place where nourishment, culture, and community met—where plant-based food was bold, familiar, comforting, and deeply rooted in love.

For nearly two decades, we served food for people transitioning toward a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle without asking them to give up flavor, texture, or joy. Every plate carried intention. Every visit carried care.

As we come to the end of this chapter, we want to thank everyone who supported us, believed in us, and made Stuff I Eat part of their lives. Your presence sustained this space far beyond what we ever imagined.
